Subject: [PATCH] V1.13.9 - Updates

- Added guide logging support.
- Fixed some Meade documentation errors.
- Adjusted DEC limits for OAM to 135 degrees.
- Reverted OLED library for InfoDisplay back to forked version so it compiles correctly.
