Currently we are using the following deprecation flags:

deprecatedrpc=accounts
deprecatedrpc=validateaddress

The upstream bitcoin merge for v19 does not support this. So it needs some urgency. @BrannonKing correct me if I am wrong.

The codebase has been upgraded with 8860bd3
