How to use AssetStudio cli version?

Hi!
When I run this project, I find using the cls version of Asset Studio is necessary. Is the 'AssetStudio.executable.zip' in Releases the cls version of Asset Studio? If so, how can I use it? Specifically, where is the program entry class? Thank you for your reply and please forgive my poor knowledge of C#.
