I assume that during registration, a certain key passes to your server and since I reinstalled it, the key most likely does not match and therefore there is a refusal. Please tell me how you can get around this or fix it.

Hello @ZalaSan Can you describe your case in more detail? How did you install Onlyoffice? And how did you reinstall? step by step if possible. Also try clearing your browser cookies.

Installed ONLY OFFICE Workspace on Ubuntu server 20.4 using your installation instructions using the script "wget https://download.onlyoffice.com/install/workspace-install.sh ". And the first time and the second time. I'm not very good at Linux, so when I ran into difficulties after the first installation, it was easier for me to reinstall the system completely and then install ONLYOFFICE. After the first installation, there were no problems at all with setting the password for the administrator at the first login to the site. After the second installation, while the parameters of the virtual machine were exactly the same, after going to the site, I also filled everything out and when I clicked OK from the top right, a pop-up window with the inscription "unauthorized request" fell out the next time I clicked OK, the "Wizard passed." window began to appear. The wizard page is shown only once, and if you have already passed it, it will not open again. For a clean reinstall you need to delete all containers and folder /app. Then run the install script again. Try a clean reinstall.
