B2B Buyer's participation in the quote process

In the B2B specification, once the buyer has performed a search and selected items, it is incumbent upon the seller to provide the quote. This quote could be provided in response to a chat session. There are scenarios in which the buyers want to select items and provide their acceptable prices for items. The specification should support this scenario. Else, at least a way around should be provided.
