Add snow outside the glacier

It's more a suggestion from a hydrologist viewpoint to avoid people think that snow falls only on glaciers. But it may dilute the main message which is about glacier mass balance.

I quickly edited the vector file in PDF. But I think the full sequence could be reworked to show the rise of the snowline outside the glacier in the next images too..
