All iORG scripts - Read in a LUT with scaling information

• Load in a LUT with scaling info such as µm/pix or µm/deg scale of images and axial length for all subjects
• µm based windowing instead of pix based windowing… Need to add scaling info
• µm/mm^2 iORG output (normalization to take into account different AL)
• could also be potentially used for photon/mm^2 calculations in the future

@mgaffney-mcw , this could result in windows that are too big for a given person, or for a given location, as presently there is no association with grouping and configuration file handling. We'd have to add something that allowed for different sizes per group. Ideas on how best to do this in the context of the new configuration-based approach are welcome.
