black page on v2.8.1 fresh install

Docker compose version : 2.8.1
Docker version : 23.0.1

Describe your problem here
I'm trying to run OCS on Docker.
I fetch the docker compose file from the 2.8.1 version.
I only put personnal path for the volumes and change the port 80:80 to 8080:80

I found no error in logs but when I access http://locahlhost:8080/ocsreports I've got a black page an nothing more
