Allow commiting a region from a WorldEdit cuboid selection

Similar to how /map region commit <marker> <data> can be used to commit a region from a Plasmid selection, a similar /map region worldedit commit <marker> <data> command could be available to do the same using a WorldEdit cuboid selection.

Do we still feel like this would be beneficial? Personally I haven't found a reason for it but perhaps there is a case in which it's easier?
