Please update for Foundry 11 !!! lib dependency doesn't work! #128

The hotkey dependency doesn't work to install.. too old. Please update.

Feel free to use the version in my pull request. You may need to manually stick the files in though. It fixes the issues.

Thanks @tehguitarist - I managed to get Custom Hotbar working in Foundry 11 using your fork.
