I'm having the same issue, unfortunately if you uninstall and install, it still installs v2.3.0.

Having the same issue as well, I uninstalled and used https://github.com/Norc/foundry-custom-hotbar/releases/download/v2.3.0.2/module.json to install. Still shows 2.3.0 and still requires lib-df-hotkeys which is not available in v10. I know I saw where it's not needed, but Foundry won't let me enable this mod because of missing dependencies.

Pull Request #127 should fix the compatibility issues and it does bump the version so that it shouldn't auto-update anymore.
