This is an organisation issue for follow work on Solidity Testing in Hardhat 3 as part of the Alpha.

Always print console.logs even in passing tests
Support Solidity tests being in the test folder
support running specific tests
Revisit compilation artifacts and their loading
- analysis of what to allow to be configured on testing folders/source folders
