…nd-enemy-damage

Projectile now hits an enemy and enemy health is affected
+ fixed issue with multiple seed items
+ fixed the size of dragging items
UI settings logic and rebind system
+ Change level triggers still need to be set up
Some cleaning up required, loading level wont work as intended sadly actual flow from game manager side needs to be figured out
Added LevelTrigger files
Adjusting all other settings to make it an option in editor
Walking into trigger will fire an output of a string

Enemies now spawn one after the other

This is PR from game to engine, it is incorrect. Can You PR to the game instead Rece? Closing this one out.
