Bug: Deleting a collection does not uninstall optional mods

When you delete a collection that has optional mods, only the required mods are uninstalled and the optional mods are left installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a collection (with optional mods) e.g. https://next.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/collections/g14kxi/mods
2. Download the collection including optional mods
3. Install the collection
4. Install the optional mods
5. Delete the collection

Expected result:
All mods in the collection are uninstalled

Actual result:
Only required mods are uninstalled

Where or how did you observe that the optional mods were still installed?

I believe it was in the library @RedRanger14 please can you confirm.
