Updated forced mod uninstall, did not delete mod files

Describe the bug
_I updated NMM before I started remodding Skyrim SE. On reopening NMM, 75% through, it told me it had to uninstall all my mods and would attempt to reinstall them. It failed to do this, I guess. All my mod files are still installed and showing as active plugins, but they are not "managed" by NMM. _

Environment

• NMM version: 0.87.5

To Reproduce
_Wait until NMM is throwing up consistent "failed to install", close NMM and reopen which usually fixes it, click "yes" when prompted to switch install directories or whatever the hell it said. No trace log. _
