Describe the issue

GitHub Actions runners have updated from Ubuntu 22 to Ubuntu 24.

This appears to result in an error during the linux E2E tests:

The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /home/runner/work/nwb-guide/nwb-guide/node_modules/electron/dist/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.

This happens when launching a headless puppeteer instance.

There are a few suggestions on how to resolve it:

I will try a few things.
