Version codes

There can be pre-release versions of the software available for installation. Following markings are used
indicate to the degree of stability of the software:

• alpha First test releases of the version, not for production
• beta Test releases, not recommeded for production
• rc Release candidate
• stable Tested release for production

If you are using Elering as Nordpool price source there will be communication errors because Elering web site has changed security certificate provider and old Arska versions cannot connect to the site any more. Latest version includes a new CA certificate for Elering web site.

Please update to the latest version 1.1.0-rc2 if Arska cannot get price data from Elering.

New version beta 1.1.0-beta13 adds possibility to disable server identity check.

You can disable it from Settings /Advanced settings

Now also available alfa version of Arska which primarily gets prices from Entso-E and uses Elering as backup (EE,FI,LV,LT only) data source - used if cannot get prices from Entso-E. You can test backup feature by giving wrong API key.

If you like to test this 1.1.0-alfa15 , take config backup (like always) before update and check all settings after update. I did some basic testing and it did what I expected, but testing period was short.

New alfa test version 1.1.0-alfa16 fixes randomly occurred connection (certificate error) issues.

Added functionality to the load manager. In addition to current limit (A per phase, momentary) you can set power limit (period average).
