Add on-first-launch option to use GMod Keybinds

Following on from the conversation spawned in #89

Investigate adding a 'when the user first launches Sandbox+' popup to ask "Do you want to use GMod keybinds?".

Also, add a toggle option in our Settings page (which likely involves creating one) for switching between S&Box & GMod defaults.

Main changes:

Command	S&Box	GMod
Voice	V	?
Noclip	N	V
Chat	Enter	Y

Taking suggestions for other GMod keybinds we're missing.
