inside html navigation doesn't work #463

Problem started in android 5.01
open the html file on the device with chrome or build-in html viever, with 
links which can move you to specific part of tekst, by clicking onlink nothing 
happen. also rewinding html content with two fingers stopped working on android 
5.01 and never
