Feature: add instance name to webpage title

Thanks for this great client! I was wondering if it is possible to put the instance you are connected in the webpage title. This way, one can have a browser tab per instance, and the browser tab would reflect the name of the instance you'd be browsing at the time. Currently, I have 2 instances, one for fosstodon.org, and one for floss.social, both of them seems the same as title only reads Cuckoo+. It may not be relevant, but I'm using chromium to ride the cuckoo.
