Issue/18144

  • Add mean gross rent with title: 'Mean gross rent (dollars)' and with tooltip: “Aggregate gross rent, divided by total occupied units paying rent”
  • Ensure the data value is 'mnrnt' and consistent with the variable in the PFF API repository
