@Ryuk17 thanks for the query. The headers are not included when TensorRT is installed via pip. Please refer to https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/tensorrt/install-guide/index.html#installing-pip for more details on what's included in the pip install.

Additionally, if you would like to access the headers, please the TensorRT SDK here. Installation instructions and what's included in the SDK can be found here
