現状- 下の画像のように電力申請の際に複数列挙する団体がいる．

問題- 一つのレコードで複数の機器と電力の合計を登録してしまうため，開閉店チェックの際どの機器がどの程度の電力なのかわからないため

解決方法- 列挙させないよう注意文を加える．
