概要

/usernameに名前変更ページを作成する

開発内容・手順

  • birthdaypageの作成 #87 が終わっていること
  • ↑を参考にsrc/pages/username.tsxを作成
  • 苗字と名前を別々のinputで変更できるようにしたい（Keycloakの仕様上）
