When performing global forcing calculation using ERA5 2014 as an input, the forcing of CH4 is higher the value reported to Pincus et al., 2019 (https://doi.org/10.1029/2019MS001621) (using also GRTcode), and the forcing of CFCs is lower than Pincus et al., 2019.

CH4 concentration has been confirmed to be the same, although CFC concentration may have some difference. It is recommended to re-use the 100 column experiment to reproduce IRF values as reported to Pincus et al., 2019.

If IRF of 100 column experiment can be reproduced, other possible reason could be vertical or temporal resolution of input ERA5 profiles
