* HRRRv4 WRF source code change to address an operational RAP on July 9th
   * This change has no impact on the model forecast but it will be made to keep the WRF-ARW codes consistent between the RAP and HRRR


* Repository Details
   * After cloning the hrrr.v4.0.11 tag of the EMC_hrrr git repository using the command below, retrieve the new code from the hrrr.v4 directory.
  	* git clone -b hrrr.v4.0.11 https://${USER}@vlab.noaa.gov/code-review/a/EMC_hrrr
  	* git clone -b hrrr.v4.0.11 ssh://${USER}@vlab.noaa.gov:29418/EMC_hrrr
