NPC 的封装相对比较彻底，而且自行提供头文件，带来了很多便利，不需要在这种情况下在 NEMU 里覆盖符号。

此外，NPC 项目下构建 NEMU 只需要一部分目录并使用新的 Makefile，这时候依赖 monitor.h 这种文件就会带来问题。而且现在各种 ifdef 还是有点混乱。
