Any plans to improve the RangePicker?

The RangePicker has some bugs & poor design choices that are making it almost unusable for the users of my app. Are there any plans in the near future to improve it? The current (4.12.3) React version is much better, and has addressed all of these problems:

• When changing the end date of an existing range, days prior to the start date are selectable. Hovering over a day before the start date shows the selection ring around a range that starts on the (hovered) end date and ends on the start date, which of course is not selected upon click
• The calendar constantly jumps around unexpectedly when picking a date, so that when I click on a date on the right side, that month (and my selection) jumps to the left
• The blue dotted selection ring remains visible in the picker after mousing away from the control altogether, and is still there even if the picker is dismissed & then shown again

I've filed issues for these individually, but I want to make it clear that collectively they cause a severe usability problem.
