This is due to changes in CRAN packages and needs fixing. The vignette therefore had to be removed from the master branch, and is now reinstated on the summaryseqstats branch. Development to fix the issues can resume on that branch.

The data have changed so there are now 40 samples present as opposed to 20.
HWE.test.genind is no longer valid, having been replaced by hw.test from pegas, which does not support haploid data. It might be beneficial to remove this.
