[Task] web4: social metadata in previews

Background

As seen from the image below, social media previews are not reflecting the treasury instance. It always shows near/dev/hub

User Story

As a user I want social media preview links to give a preview of the content, name and description of the treasury instance, so that it displays relevant information when linked on social media.

Acceptance Criteria

• the web4 contract should fetch and display social metadata from socialdb
