We need to provide clear and concise documentation that helps users understand NEAR Treasury's functionalities and how to use the tool effectively.

User Story

As a user of NEAR Treasury, I want to understand how to get started and how to use the product effectively. I also want to know how to get support.

Acceptance Criteria

• Set up a docs landing page and subdomain (docs.neartreasury.com)
• Link to this page from neartreasury.com
• The documentation page should a clear structure for getting started followed by feature-dedicated sections
• Include screenshots/videos/diagrams to help aid understanding
• Include troubleshooting section and how to get help
