Consistent axes in KCor processed data

There is some inconsistency in the order of axes in the Kcor intermediate data products.

To be consistent with the rest of the kcor data products, it would be nice if all products were ordered:

I expect to see the following axis orders:

[X, Y, Product, Camera] or [X, Y, Camera] or [X, Y, Product]

The following data products are known to violate this order from kcor_l1.pro:

• intermediate: _demod.fts
• intermediate: _distcor.fts
