MyTown bypassing: Thaumcraft, wand focus of equal trade

As seen with MyTown 1.6.1.16 and Thaumcraft 4.0.5b, Thaumcraft's wand focus of equal trade can bypass the lack of building permission in the block directly targetted.

On the other hand, even if you target a block you have permission for but there is a block without permission in range of the effect (7x7x7 cube), the focus fails to affect anything but the block that is directly targeted, giving an access error.
