Add user name to Processing View

We would like to add "User name" to the Processing view. In addition, it might be helpful to be able to filter out users from this view. For example, I would like to see all processing requests except from X user.

This view is getting busy - do we want to remove anything?

After discussing with the team, we think that "Error" and "Status" can get removed but we would also note section (separate from the Zendesk note) similar to the notes in the yellow boxes for other tasks.

Could we also make the Zendesk note box bigger so we can see more than 13 characters at a time?

Processing view wishlist
-Add assignees
-Add user name
-Add notes column
-Change processing days to the number of days processing on the most recent task
-Enable filter features (ie. filtering by assignee, type of task) Also, the ability to filter out by user and by filter out by assignee would be really helpful (Like in an instance where we want to see all tasks except for ones assigned to Essential)
-Enable sort by toggles on existing categories - Mitch, I know you said this would not be possible (at least right now) for some of these categories
-Update daily digest processing days to reflect number of processing days on the most recent task
