resume previous progress

This project works great, but the problem is when I restart my vps I lose my previous download progress, so how to resume ? is there any way to fix this
(btw I set node-autostart to keep embetacloud running at startup but still there's no resume options)

This is a definite need on this project. I'm not much of a programmer, but it doesn't seem that anyone has taken up the cause for this. I'll take a crack at it, but if anyone has made any progress in this direction, fill me in so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
