ASanConsoleMonitor doesn't support blocking executable #2

Hi,

When ASanConsoleMonitor is used to monitor a blocking process (i.e. foreground process), fuzzing process doesn't start.

This is caused by the instruction:
stdout, stderr = self.process.communicate()
in file process.py
