Too many connections opened

Issue:
If the telnet connection attempts fail, the code attempts re-connection till it gets a stable connection without actually closing the previous (apparently) broken telnet connections. If there are too many connection attempts, the FLIR A320 doesn't allow new connections

Cause:
seems that the capture.py should handle the closing of broken connections before opening a new one.
