game fallout4 start with executables from MO2 Run APP.for one sec. but do not want to go.....BUT NO PROBLEMS WITH THE TOOLS (LOOT OR EDIT)...!

Nothing start from execute app RUN in MO2 display, only LOOT working good with THE APP execute run from MO2 panel and the explorer virtual panel too that all .
May be i will try to make a new instance with a new game to know if it s only fallout4 doing it.
I have a new installation :
New installation Steam,MO2, window11 BUT F4se,fallout4 launcher start the game from steam library and shot cut too from desk top ! I did not actived any mods yet .
BUT i keep and transfer my hold F: drive folders on my mods directory from MO2 for a NEW disc drive ( F )and get MO2 software installation to recognise those!.....
so i did know if the mods will be in or not in the game in MO2 software if i active those out off MO2 execute APP RUN .
so i give you your USVFS files with print screen the configure libraries login ,
I will appreciate your help.
