language problem in a game

Hello, I wanted to report a problem. I speak Spanish and I wanted to play Fallout New Vegas in Spanish. The question is this. I downloaded the game on Epic Games and added the mods, but when I played I didn't like that it was in English, so I looked in the game options on Epic. and I updated it to Spanish and when I wanted to put the mods back it's still in English and I already deleted and created another instance and it's still the same until I checked the files to see if I could change the language manually and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I skipped a step, even when I enter the base game without using the organize mod it is changed to Spanish but I try to run it with the program it is still in English, the truth is I have no idea, I hope it is my mistake, thank you very much for your attention, greetings from Argentina ^_^
