Bodyslide as MO2 executable running as backgound process

Executable - Bodyslide - runs as background process if started via MO2

Note used to run these (both MO2 and Bodyslide) on the same PC, set up with the same apps etc about a year ago with no issues.
Bodyslide runs outside of MO2 ok (but of course cannot access the data)
Using the exectuable in MO2 runs Bodyslide, but as a background process, not as an "app" ie not accessible, runs in the backgound - no Icon on toolbar

MO2 running as administrator
MO2 and Bodyslide are set as exceptions in my AV and Malware apps
Requirements up to date (re-checked them today again)
Have reinstalled both Bodyslide and MO2, have checked about 10 guides and it is all set up exactly as they say

To Reproduce:

Set up Bodyslide as an executable - Binary as per installed location (installed like any other app using MO2). Location is Skyrim SE data folder
Simply use the MO2 run exectubale "Run" button and it happens

Environment:

• Mod Organizer Version that exhibits the issue: 2.5.2 (but also tried 2.4.3 and was the same)
• Last Mod Organizer Version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable): 2.5.0 but on a previous install of Skyrim + mods
• Desktop OS/version used to run Mod Organizer: W10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5247)

Right click on the log window at the bottom of MO2, set log level to debug, restart Mo2 and reproduce the problem. - There is no "log window" at the bottom of MO2 - I found it in Settings - Diagnotics
To access the log files you can press the Open folder icon over the modlist and select "Open MO2 Logs folder".
