Generate code coverage report for test executive run

Task is to try to enable instrumentation for Mina Daemon (OCaml only for now) and run test_executive tests against it to grab then code coverage report. Steps:

• Create new nix command to build mina with instrumentation ([Test-executive] Download coverage files from pods #12727),
• Alter terraform files to attach perstistent volume claim to each pod which contains mina process (Extended existing terraform deployment with optional pvc attached  #12839),
• Implement uploading raw test coverages to gcloud by test-executive([Test-executive] Download coverage files from pods #12727),
• Alter buildkite jobs to build mina image (and mina archive image) with necessary dune extra args and env variable (Create new mina image with instrumentation for buildkite #12867)
• Implement gathering raw coverage files and uploading it to codecov or coveralls
