Structure tabs in homepage

Description

To make AMT suitable for the governance view, the tabs of AMT could be structured in a better way.

In this ticket we will only build the tab structure, in the following way:

1. Info

• Widgets on requirements and tools
• General info such as description, ai-act-labels, references etc.

2. Algorithm details/Algoritme details

• The idea is to have more technical specifications from the systemcard shown here, such as the models and data used. Which will be implemented in a different ticket.
• For now we keep the content the same as the 'Algorithm details' tab as it is now.

4. Comply with laws and regulations/Voldoen aan wetten en regels

• Has the content of the current 'requirements' tab

5. Tasks/Tasks

• Same as it is now
