Windows 8 - trouble launching #17

Hi!

Maybe I am doing this wrong. But running BusinessOps.exe doesn't do anything. I have also tried to "Run as Administrator" which flashing a window up quickly and then disappears. Is it because I am using windows 8? The Event Viewer states:

Hi Mike,
Sorry to trouble you but we're running Win10 Enterprise 22H2 on AVD and experiencing the same problem as the OP.
Is this a supported OS? Is there a previous version that supports this?

This appears to be the same issue as #18.
