ProductCatactlogSampleData does not build

Following step by step, the ProductCatalogSampleData in Ex1\Assets\ProductCatalogSampleData does not build. Hitting build does not trigger the download of all the nuget packages

You can even see if the packages.json file it only refs DocumentDB, JSON.NET, Azure Cofiguration Manager.

The project also needs a bunch of other references that cant be resolved
ServiceBus
Storage
Microsoft Extensions Configuration & DependencyInjection & Primitives etc. etc. see attached.
