RFE: Add Spacer Born to the drop down list for planets

It appears that all of the systems have planets but none of the personnel come from a planet other than the one the system is named after. A lot of my kids are born at the jump point while the ships are recharging but there is no option for a Spacer born in the System.

The term used in A Time of War's Life Modules is "Spacer", a sub-affiliation of "Independent".

Similar sub-affiliations include "Mercenary", which is already in, and "Pirate". There's also "Generic", but I'm not sure we need that one.

There is an implicit connection between affiliation and origin. Spacer would allow some one to have an affiliation without an origin planet.
