Request to allow the LF batteries to function in HQ if the player actually purchases a jumpship and the if has batteries or not can be defined.

It might be worth having a toggle setting for instant double-jump vs halving the recharge time between jumps. Most of the sourcebooks say that standard jumpship travel with LF-equipped ships equates to a jump about every 4 days so that they don't overload the drive components.
