Per https://sourceforge.net/p/mekhq/bugs/382/

Limit repairs on a given part to 480 minutes w/o overtime. Either as a default with an option to ignore time limits or as an option to the current value I think this would make for an interesting feature. As it is now you can make attempts to repair the same part for more than 480 minutes per day. This can be cheating the system to some, and this feature would make tracking time used easier.

+1; I think this is possible when repairing units as well.
