Improvement to Existing Feature

Brief Description of Enhancement *

I think a option under client settings to "Get focus on player turn" to make the Megamek icon blink in the task bar whenever the game requires input from the player would be a good addition.
It would be an expansion of the existing "Get focus when a new phase begins" and "Turn notification sound" settings.

Use Cases or Rationale

  1. It would add a visual cue along with the already existing alert sound, making it more likely players would notice. This makes play go smoother when playing campaigns with more than two players where a voicechat may drown out the alert sound.
  2. It would be a small step in making the game further accessible for the deaf and hard of hearing.
  3. If the player returns from being briefly AFK, it makes it obvious it is their turn.
