Text Count is not always accurate.
Name: Text Count is 2 (608 and 708 captions)
Xpath: mi:MediaInfo/mi:track[@type='General'][*]/mi:TextCount='2'
Outcome: fail
Actual: 1

Mediainfo returns this:
Count of text streams : 2

Seems to work with some files, not with others.
Might be able to dump samples somewhere private if needed.

Trying to test the existence / count the number of 608/708 caption tracks.
