Cue durations, labels and Audition #230

We often use Adobe Audition to listen to files and manage markers. I have noticed that:

Cue lists that appear to be identical when exported as xml present differently in Audition
Audition ignores duration and label beginning with cue ID 2
Audition deletes duration when saving file, beginning with cue ID 2
Just opening the cue editor (and not changing anything) in BWFME prompts a Save
